Requests For Services
In order for Informations Services and Technology (IST) to track the initiation and status of user service requests, there must be an existing service ticket.
Ways to generate a service ticket:
- IST Service Desk
When you have the ticket number, you can send that to ARCS so we know to look for it - Mail to arcs-request@njit.edu
This will generate a service ticket, which both you and ARCS will receive
